Shipping and Return Policy
1. Free Shipping
Available for orders with a product value of Tk 1,000 or
more (excluding VAT), after applying discounts.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
You’ll receive an estimated delivery window once your order
is placed.
The timeline begins from the shipping date, not the order
date.
3. Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and serve as a guideline
only.
Shipping times depend on order approval and acceptance.
4. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3–7
business days from the order date.
Returns and Exchanges
1. Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases
of quality defects.
Exchanges for size on sale items are unavailable.
2. Return Fees
A return fee of Tk 60 will be deducted for returns within
Dhaka, and Tk 120 for returns outside Dhaka.
Any advance payment will go towards refunding the remaining
balance. Otherwise, the return fee must be settled promptly.
Payment Policy for Orders Outside Dhaka
1. First-Time Orders
A Tk 200 advance payment is required for first-time orders
outside Dhaka.
No advance payment is needed for subsequent orders.
2. Advance Payment Adjustment
The advance payment will be deducted from the total product
price at the time of delivery.
Business Days
Our business days are from Saturday to Thursday, excluding
public holidays.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on the rates set by reputable
courier services in Bangladesh.
